Los Angeles Is at
a Crossroads

Decades of corporate influence and bureaucracy have slowed progress. We need bold, structural changes to build a city that serves working Angelenos.

75,000+

Neighbors Without Homes

Los Angeles has the largest unsheltered population in the United States. Billions spent, the crisis has only deepened — because the old approach is broken.

Surge in Violent Crime

Angelenos are less safe than they were five years ago. Communities deserve leadership that takes public safety seriously — with both accountability and compassion.

Need for Transparency

Special interest groups have long dominated City Hall. We are shifting power back to the public with full fiscal accountability and open-data government dashboards.

Climate Emergency

Wildfires, extreme heat, and air quality crises are accelerating. Without decisive action today, LA's environment — and economy — faces irreversible damage.

Every day of inaction costs lives, livelihoods, and the soul of this city.
The time for bold, decisive leadership is not tomorrow — it is today.

How We Will
Transform Los Angeles

Transformation doesn't happen through slogans. It happens through rigorous planning, the right people in the right roles, and the political will to see it through.

Phase 1 — Days 1–30

Vetting & Community Input

Audit city policies, pause developer concessions, and establish transparent hiring practices. Build feedback loops directly with neighborhood councils and housing rights advocates.

  • Appoint department heads with proven public service records
  • Launch public audits of developer concessions
  • Host district listening sessions on homelessness
  • Establish an open-data transparency portal
Phase 2 — Days 31–100

Launch Housing & Transit Pilots

Take immediate action on housing stability and sustainable mobility. Streamline affordable housing permitting and accelerate active transit and bus lane expansions.

  • Expand emergency renter protection programs
  • Implement transit priority lanes on key corridors
  • Launch public health mental health response teams
  • Break ground on climate-resilient local parkways
Phase 3 — Month 4 Onward

Scale Long-Term Reform

Evaluate city programs using empirical equity metrics. Scale public housing solutions, build toward a net-zero municipal grid, and strengthen local democratic participation.

  • Deliver progress reports on housing placements
  • Establish community-led neighborhood planning councils
  • Expand solar and microgrid incentives city-wide
  • Finalize the 10-year city-wide green transportation masterplan

Five Pillars of
a Better Los Angeles

01

Housing Justice & Tenant Rights

Combining emergency shelter, accelerated affordable housing construction, and strong renter protections to make Los Angeles affordable for all residents.

02

Transit Equity & Safe Streets

Investing in safe, active transportation, expanding bus and light-rail priority networks, and making LA streets walkable, bike-friendly, and accessible.

03

Climate & Environmental Justice

Leading the nation's transition to 100% clean energy, reducing air pollution in frontline communities, and expanding urban parks and green space.

04

Community-Centered Safety

Redefining public safety by investing in mental health response teams, youth programs, and trusted community-led crisis prevention and care.

05

Government Transparency

Ending the influence of corporate developers in city planning, opening up public records, and ensuring every municipal decision is ethical and democratic.
